To present your finger food menu, we recommend that you utilise the services
of our professionally dressed and highly organised staff to wait on you
and your guests.

The staff required will vary according to the size of your function.

Cost of Waiters/Waitresses

$140 for 3.5 hours

Heat meat Rolls

Chef $50.00 per hour (minimum 3 hours)

Gourmet Spit Roast/ Super Buffet

Chef $50.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)

Wait Staff $40.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)

Hire Items

Silverware and crockery prices include take away and dishwashing

Main Course – China plate, knife, fork and serviette – $1.85 per guest.

Main and Dessert – China plate, dessert plate, spoon, knife, fork and serviette –
$1.95 per guest.
