Your hosts Mark and Nathalie Coghlan are the proud owners of this family owned and operated business, together they have over 30 fruitful years’ of experience in the catering industry, Spending the last 18 years together building Complete Cuisine Carvery & Catering to provide the people of the South West with amazing and memorable cuisine and impeccable services at affordable prices.

Mark is a highly qualified chef with many years of experience, including working around London, USA and Australia in many fine Restaurants and catering industries.

Nathalie hails from a family of chefs and restaurant owners, obtaining extensive experience in the catering industry working in her family owned restaurant in France, where she has acquired high levels of various skill sets in this industry.
