Chef $40.00 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
Gourmet Spit Roast/ Super Buffet
Chef $40.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Wait Staff $36.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Silverware and crockery prices include take away and dishwashing
Main Course – China plate, knife, fork and serviette - $1.50 per guest.
Main and Dessert - China plate, dessert plate, spoon, knife, fork and serviette - $1.65 per guest.
Disposable Plastic Dinnerware - Main plate, knife, fork and serviette – Complimentary
Trestle Tables available at $18.00 per table.
