Our popular menu includes three of the following meats:
Prime spit roast beef with delicious hot gravy
Roast pork with apple sauce
Roast lamb with mint sauce
Hot or Cold local Ham with Seeded Mustard
Turkey Breast ($1.75 extra per Guest)
Served with hot jacket potatoes with sour cream and chives and a basket of freshly baked
Breads and Butter.
Included in the Super Buffet Menu is the choice of 7 Salad / Vegetable dishes and

Chef & Waitpersons
To present your buffet, we highly recommend our uniformed, professionally trained staff to attend your function,
serve your meal and clean up. This way you are free to enjoy the occasion as much as your guests.
Our Chef will be present to carve the roast, plus one or two waitpersons, depending on the
size of your function.
Professional Uniformed Chef at $40.00 per hour, (Minimum 4 hours)
Waitperson at $36.00 per hour (Minimum 4 hours)
Plastic plates are complimentary although for your special occasion you may prefer at an additional cost to hire our China or Melamine plates
